Data and contact / How the draft is handled

Your draft stays in the open workspace until you choose to share it.

The desk prepares a local purchasing draft. It has no account, file upload or automatic enquiry submission. This notice explains the tool, ordinary page requests and the actions that share information outside the workspace.

THE DECISIONS BEHIND THE RECORDS

Keep the context
with the brief.

01

Draft information and its lifetime

The purchasing draft is held in the open workspace in your browser. Part lines, buyer references, destinations, document references and notes remain there while you move between its task panels. Information and catalogue links open separately when a draft is present. The desk does not save the draft in cookies or browser storage.

A browser warning helps you avoid an accidental refresh or departure when the draft is populated; it does not save your work. If you confirm departure or refresh, close the draft tab, choose Reset, or choose Discard draft & leave, the draft is lost. Save the complete files first if you need a record. There is no saved-file import. Include only information needed for the enquiry, especially on a shared computer.

02

Page requests and entered information

Opening pages requests site files from the hosting service. The desk does not add your form entries to page addresses or submit them through its forms. A validated public catalogue part number can be used to start a line from a link; buyer names, contact details and destination addresses are not placed in those links.

No analytics or advertising trackers are included in this desk. The hosting service receives technical connection information, such as an IP address, request time and requested resource, to deliver and protect the website. Hosting infrastructure can keep connection and security logs separately from the purchasing draft. Closing or clearing the draft does not erase those infrastructure records; this notice makes no promise of anonymous visits or immediate log deletion.

03

Copies and downloaded files

Copying places the prepared text on your clipboard. Downloading creates a draft file on your device. The full JSON, Markdown and CSV files include the context and linked records you entered, including open questions; they are not redacted summaries.

Treat the clipboard and downloaded files as documents under your control. Check their contents before sharing them and follow your organisation's document-handling practices. Saving or copying a draft does not send it to YAKU.

04

WhatsApp and other external destinations

Opening WhatsApp is a deliberate move to a separate service. The link can carry the prepared message text to that service, which applies its own terms and privacy practices. Review the text there before deciding whether to send it to the displayed number.

A long brief can produce a visibly shortened WhatsApp summary. Full files remain available from the desk and are not attached automatically. Links to other YAKU sites also open separate experiences; no automatic location redirect is used.

05

Questions about this website or a shared brief

For questions about the YAKU desk or information you have shared, use the confirmed phone and WhatsApp number +971 56 176 8591. Describe the relevant page, draft or conversation without adding passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information.

Use only information needed for the business question. Review what a separate contact service receives before opening or sending a prepared message. Saving, copying or downloading a draft does not confirm receipt, create a customer account or establish an order.

BRING THE SOURCE. KEEP THE QUESTIONS.
